What the service is
“CornerQuiz” is a web game: a daily football quiz based on real matches, operated by Clasmus GmbH. It is entertainment; we don't guarantee the absolute accuracy of every fact.
Account and use
No sign-up is required to play. Use is personal and non-commercial. Manipulating the game or leaderboard, or attempting to overload the service, is not allowed.
Premium and payments
The premium pass (ad-free plus extras) is purchased through Paddle, which acts as the legal seller (Merchant of Record): it issues the invoice and handles taxes and refunds. Prices are shown with their currency conversion.
Refunds
As a digital product with immediate access, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal if you start using it before that period ends (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Even so, if something doesn't work, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Intellectual property and liability
The content and code are ours or our licensors'; personal use is allowed, commercial redistribution is not.
The service is provided “as is”. Our maximum liability is limited, where applicable, to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
Swiss law applies and the courts of Zurich, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
